Due to the industry standard and China import tax etc reasonsALL items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Also,no returns or exchanges are given on color. Please carefully choice and make your correct purchase. Sorry for this inconvenience to you, please well understand for this,thank you very much for your understanding !

Such as,the product quality been checked/inspect the quality while in produce lines in workshop; Also it will be check/inspect while our warehouse receive them; And when you place order,our workers will check/inspect them while picking up; They are also been double checked/inspected again while our workers packing your orders. So every products had passed many times quality check/inspect in each step. All items quality is Guaranteed. If not the quality Defective reasons,we can`t accept return because of  change idea/don`t want/want another color etc .

Q:  How to do if I received a wrong item,or the item damaged?
A: AmazingHairStore ,we can guarantee all your purchase & Final Delivery! 99.99999% you can receive the correct item unless of our workers careless while packing. If you received wrong items, Defective or Damaged items, please don`t worry, you please contact us immediately, take photo for the wrong or damaged items and send us by email. We will double check and operate the steps of refund/replace for you immediately. Please note, we can`t refund/replace items because of buyer`s wrong opperation caused damage. we only refund/replace because of our worker`s careless while pickup /packing wrong of your orders. Also we pay freight for the replace parcel.
